Auch unsere interne Entwicklung unterliegt einem fundamentalen und dauerhaften Wandel, den wir durchaus aktiv und permanent vorantreiben. Wir freuen uns, Ihnen in diesem Jahr unseren neuen Betriebsleiter Axel Stanke vorzustellen. Axel Stanke verfügt über jahrelange Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Fachpersonal, ist gelernter Schreinermeister und Manager im Handwerk. Er wird an der Seite von Kai Volz maßgeblich die internen Betriebsstrukturen und Produktionsabläufe in die nächste Generation transformieren.

KALDEWEI ist ein deutsches Familienunternehmen, das seit über 100 Jahren individuelle Badlösungen kreiert, die modernen Luxus mit nachhaltigem Denken, Wirtschaften und Handeln vereinen. Das Unternehmen beschreibt dies mit dem Begriff „Luxstainability®“. – Einzigartiges Material verdient ein außergewöhnliches Design. Aus diesem Anspruch heraus konstruierten und fertigten wir für den Messestand auf der ISH 2023 (Internationale Sanitär- und Heizungsmesse) hochwertige Präsentationsmöbel mit Schubladen und individueller Klappenfunktion, eine Pflanzenbrüstung und eine über 20 Meter lange Bartheke mit fortlaufendem Furnierbild.

Auch im Privaten hat so manch einer einen hohen Anspruch an Qualität, Ästhetik und Funktion. Vielleicht, weil diese Menschen aus Ihrer beruflichlichen Erfahrung heraus gemerkt haben, wie wichtig und grundlegend die Nutzung von Räumen mit Repräsentanz und Funktion für die Ausführung ihres Berufes ist. Wir teilen diese Haltung und den Anspruch an höchste Qualität und erhielten den Auftrag für die Projektplanung und Ausführung eines privaten Bürokonzeptes mit Features wie höhenverstellbarem Tisch, Technikintegration von Screens und Videokonferenz-Tools, Wandverkleidungen, Sideboards, und als „Special“ Furnier aus feinster Olive.

We are pleased that our family-run company with Manuel Holz as Senior Partner and Kai Volz as Managing Director is moving on to the next generation. Kai Volz is a master carpenter and product designer for furniture and interior design. He will continue the management of the company together with plant manager Peter Wenninger. Following our guiding principle "the future is our friend", we are in the process of transforming our company to ensure success and competitiveness in the future. Digital production processes remain subject to our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This is what we will pass on to the next generation.

As a modest, traditional Swabian company, one doesn't really want to make a big deal out of it. In Japan, one would have just grown up. In a continuous process of refinement and lifelong research and learning, we can, however, look back with pride on the last 120 years of company history. Our sense for quality and precision at the highest level has been trusted by our customers and partners for many decades. But we only linger for a moment. Because our focus is on the future. Because Holz is alive, more than ever.

We are expanding the product portfolio of our partner Rolf Benz with the production of high-quality coffee and side tables. Production of table tops, with special surface finishing, handling, merging of all components up to "zero-plastic" - sustainable packaging and "ReadyToShip".

As an integral part of our family heritage, we have been transforming the natural material wood into a "cultural material" for over 100 years. We therefore feel obliged to return resources that we draw from nature and the environment to the ecological cycle as far as possible. We do this, for example, with recyclable packaging materials and the recycling of wood and metal waste.

Craftsmanship of the highest precision and the balanced interaction of the most exclusive materials make these objects real gems.

The "Antigua Kommode" is a small series of exceptionally fine furniture, each piece very close to being unique. In every cabinet there is craftsmanship of the highest and most demanding quality. No detail is coincidence. The noble lacquer finish lends glamour to the delicate grain of the ash tree. Solid walnut gives significance to the body. The end result is a collection of refined pieces of furniture that bring joy and enrich a room with their special value.

The "Paradise Bird Desk" is an asymmetrical desk that invites interaction with its sinuous curves and elegant lines. A smooth-running drawer with a radial front is seamlessly integrated into the front of the desk, which rounds off the masterful craftsmanship in the truest sense.

Thanks to our new vacuum press, new requirements in terms of shapes and surfaces can be realized individually according to customer requirements. Which ideas would you like to turn into reality?

Here is a fine example of an engaging dialogue between architecture and interior design – and a prestigious reference for us: For the newly built premises of building services engineering company Dietrich in Leonberg, the craftsmen in our manufactory were privileged to create something entirely unique. A reception area in the style of a bar which, together with our conference table and executive desk, both reflect and lend expression to the customer’s corporate identity.
